Welcome back!

Let the planning begin - or continue on - and a special welcome to those celebrating your anniversary! :) We hope you'll feel like part of the family as you explore, envision & relive your wedding day with us. Here are a few helpful reminders to make sure you get the most out of your visit with us:

  • Open House Event time slots must be reserved on the calendar found on our Booked Couples page - remember, there is no limit to how many you can attend!

  • To secure your reserved time, make sure to reconfirm the day before your event by clicking the reconfirmation button on your reminder email or text. To better serve our couples, any reservation not confirmed at least 24 hours prior to will be canceled to make way for those who may be on the waiting list.

  • When you arrive, please park in the main parking lot to the right after you enter. From there please head to the Waterfront Barn to sign in and enjoy some light refreshments. We'll be here to answer any questions you may have throughout your visit.

  • As much as we'd love to welcome every dog we can, we are only able to accommodate service animals & ring bearer dogs (on the day of the wedding) at the venue. Service dogs are welcome as long as they remain on a leash. Prior approval is required & breed restrictions do apply for ring bearer dog's. You'll also need to bring a designated shelter/place for them to rest, eat & stay hydrated. Please come prepared with disposable doggie bags and keep a watchful eye to maintain cleanliness of the venue.

  • Grand Pend Oreille Weddings is set apart as the venue that blends tradition and adventure for many reasons. One of which being the fact that we are adjacent to a 350 acre community forest full of pristine wilderness. So if you’re an avid hiker and dreamed of capturing those epic PNW photo spots in your wedding dress, bring your hiking boots! Take some extra time and explore the community forest trails to find more ‘must have’ photo spots you’ve always dreamed of. Just make sure you hire an adventurous photographer!

  • Public restrooms are available on-site for Open House Events.

  • We'll have tables and chairs staged, benches out at the ceremony location and decorations available for you to explore and even practice with on-site.

  • These days are designed to help you envision your wedding day down to the very last details so don't hesitate to ask questions. Make sure to ask us about some secret photo spots too!

  • If you're bringing a photographer for an engagement photo shoot, please check in with us first in case there are any areas of the property that are not available.

  • Feel free to bring a picnic if you'd like and take some much needed "us" time to relax & rejuvenate after your session. Let these shores bring you energy, peace and a special place retreat throughout this often stressful time.

  • Celebrating your anniversary? We're so excited to be able to offer you this time to relive the moment where it all happened! Bring a picnic & enjoy! To make it even more special, check out Pop Up Picnic Spokane for a beautiful set up you'll be sure to cherish.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
