Your Engagement Photo Session is going to be wonderful! For the best possible experience, please take a moment to review the important information below:

You'll be receiving a text notice two days prior to your reservation with a link to reconfirm. To keep your reservation secure, make sure to reconfirm. Any reservation not reconfirmed will be canceled to make room for any couples on the wait list. Thank you in advance!

Make sure to hire your photographer early, we have wonderful recommendations if you need! Contact us and we'll be glad to send over a list of our favorites! (Reminder: Grand Pend Oreille is waiving the photo site fee of $250 for your Engagement Photo Session. This give you access to the venue grounds for one hour. It does not include a photographer).

Each reservation is for one hour, please make sure to arrive on time and plan accordingly as other couples may be arriving at the next hour.

Please come ready (makeup/hair ready etc). You'll have access to the Bridal Retreat & Groom's Suite for a quick clothing change if needed.

As much as we'd love to welcome all your family & friends, this time is reserved for you, your fiance & your photo/videography team only.

Make sure to type in Grand Pend Oreille Weddings if using GPS for directions. If you use the physical address, it may take you to a different location.

On the day of, plan a quick pit stop for restrooms! On site restrooms are reserved for wedding weekends and may not be available during your scheduled time. We apologize about any inconvenience!

If you're planning on bringing your furry friend, please let us know ahead of time. They must remain on a leash at all times & breed restrictions do apply.

When you arrive please check in with us at the Waterfront Barn. We'll have a venue map, some goodies & a liability waiver you'll need to sign prior to your session.
